1 General Terms & Conditions

FA88 (referred to herein as the "Platform") is an online betting and gaming service provider. These Terms & Conditions govern all transactions and activities between FA88 and its members.

Only one FA88 account is permitted per person, household, or IP address. Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited. If multiple accounts are found, all accounts along with any bonuses and balances will be forfeited.

• Allowing third parties to access your account is strictly prohibited.

FA88 may request a member's NID, passport, or other documents for identity verification at any time. Withdrawals may be temporarily suspended until the KYC process is completed.

FA88 enforces a strict 18+ policy. Registering for or using FA88's services by anyone under the age of 18 is strictly prohibited.

• Winnings from bonuses are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal.
• FA88 reserves the right to temporarily hold withdrawals in cases of suspicious account activity.

Gold and Diamond tier members receive priority withdrawal service. Diamond members' withdrawals are typically processed within 1 hour.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

FA88 bonuses and promotional offers are available to all eligible members. Each bonus carries its own terms and conditions, which must be followed.

6.1 General Bonus Terms

• A registered and verified account is required to receive bonuses.
• Each bonus has a wagering requirement that must be met. FA88's wagering requirement is generally 1X, one of the lowest in the market.
• Any unused bonus will be automatically forfeited once the bonus period expires.
• Using multiple accounts or proxies to claim bonuses is strictly prohibited.

7 Betting Rules

7.1 Bet Acceptance & Cancellation

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled.

• If an event is cancelled, the full stake for that bet will be refunded.

7.2 Maximum Payout Limits

8 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on FA88. Engaging in any of them will result in immediate account closure and possible forfeiture of all balances.

1. Creating or using multiple accounts.
2. Registering with a false identity or fraudulent information.
3. Bonus abuse — that is, exploiting the system to claim bonuses.
4. Match fixing or any attempt to influence the outcome of an event.
5. Use of hacking tools, viruses, or any unauthorized software.
6. Attempting to access another member's account without authorization.
7. Money laundering or transferring illegal funds through FA88.
8. Placing bets on behalf of or using funds from a third party.

9 Account Closure & Suspension

FA88 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account under the following circumstances:

• If evidence of a Terms & Conditions violation is found.
• If KYC verification fails or evidence of false information is found.
• If the account has been inactive for an extended period (more than 12 months).
• Upon instruction from law enforcement authorities.

9.1 Voluntary Account Closure

If you wish to close your account, please contact support. Make sure to withdraw any remaining balance before closure.

10 Responsible Gaming

FA88 believes that betting and gaming are a form of entertainment and should be enjoyed responsibly. The mental wellbeing and financial health of our members are our top priorities.

10.1 Self-Exclusion

If a member feels that betting is having a negative impact on their life, they can activate self-exclusion through our support channel. During this period, logging into the account will not be possible.

10.2 Deposit & Betting Limits

FA88 allows members to set their own deposit and betting limits. Once set, any deposit or bet exceeding the specified amount will be automatically blocked.

• Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits.
• Set a cooling-off period — from 24 hours up to 30 days.
• Reality Check Reminder — notifies you at set intervals to let you know how long you have been playing.

11 Dispute Resolution

If a dispute arises between FA88 and a member, we will first attempt to resolve it through our support channel. The support team aims to respond to all complaints within 72 hours.

11.1 Complaints Process

1. Contact our support team via live chat or email first.
2. Please include a detailed description of the issue along with any screenshots or supporting evidence.
3. You will receive a complaint reference number — please keep it for your records.
4. FA88 will respond within 72 hours.
5. If you are not satisfied with the resolution, you may escalate the matter to a higher authority.

11.2 Final Decision

In any betting dispute, the decision of FA88's management authority shall be considered final. FA88 is committed to always making decisions on the basis of fairness.

12 Changes to Terms

FA88 reserves the right to modify, add to, or remove these terms and conditions at any time. Members will be notified via email or an on-platform notification before any changes take effect.

• A minimum of 7 days' notice will be given for any significant changes.
• If a member does not agree to the updated terms, they may voluntarily close their account.
• Continued use of the platform after any changes will be considered acceptance of the updated terms.
